Robert Wallack

Robert Wallack, touted as a “litigation powerhouse” and designated a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers Magazine, is the founder and principal of the firm. Robert has been making headlines since beginning his career as a prosecutor in the Sex Crimes and Domestic Violence units of the Manhattan D.A.’s Office where he headed the prosecution of many high-profile cases. Since then, he’s focused his practice on celebrity and high net worth divorce and family law matters and has handled cases involving some of the biggest names in television, film, fashion, sports, music and business.
He appears frequently as a legal analyst and commentator on NBC’s ‘Today’ show and ABC’s ‘The View.’
He is also a contributor to the The Huffington Post and has been the legal consultant to ‘General Hospital’ on ABC Television since 2004.  In addition, Robert is an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall Law School where he teaches a course entitled ‘Advocacy and Persuasion’ as well as a faculty member of the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program at Cardozo School of Law.
Robert is admitted to practice in New York, and has also litigated cases in Florida and Connecticut.

Brittney Hershkowitz

Brittney is an associate of the firm with a competitive streak that pervades all aspects of her life. Indeed, her drive and zeal may have won her a television feature on the “Martha Stewart Show” for her coveted desserts, but Brittney is anything but cookie-cutter. Brittney’s strong interpersonal skills and her ability to formulate creative, practical solutions to myriad issues enables her to tackle even the most complex and contentious matrimonial disputes.
She received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she graduated with a concentration in Intellectual Property, the valuation and distribution of which are rapidly emergent issues in many divorce cases.
Prior to joining The Wallack Firm, Brittney worked for a New York State Supreme Court judge, where she honed her writing skills and acquired invaluable insight into judicial decision-making, giving her ‘behind the scenes’ perspective to help position her clients for success and secure the best results.
Brittney is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Michael A. Belmont

Also hailing from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law is Mike, an associate of the firm.  As the son of a Nebraska matrimonial attorney, a career in family law has always been at the forefront of Mike’s interests.  He is adept at representing clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives, and is able to compassionately and confidently find solutions to the complex challenges they often face.
